When they vote, what are they voting about?

If they like the person or my guides??

I put allot of effort into my guides and then I just get a "Denied" with no explanation?

At least tell me what I did wrong so I can fix it or so I don't do the same thing next time.

Then I was told that I don't help people out.

 

They don't want a guy who's only been here for a month that didn't even make his guides specifically for sythe to become a UE.

 

That was 1-2 guides out of the rest that I made.

 

I dunno then, Staff vote, and they don't really need a reason for not accepting you. It's just a rank anyways.

Posted around 8-9 on my application, 3 are needed for re-applying.

As I said in the same conversation, making a drama out of this won't help. Show some maturity and maybe you will be considered.

And Fatih, judging by your statements in your MSN convo, if you don't care about the ranking and title, and just wanna be in it? Well.. the whole point is the educate others, and your doing your job in doing that so I don't see the problem really.

When they deny you, you don't get a reason because if you can't identify a problem with yourself or an area you need improving in, how are you going to educate others?

Recognizing that you have flaws is the first step to overcoming them.

Okay, let's first look at the current team of current user educators. (Taken from the gen disc thread, so may be a little incorrect)

- Dalpra - Nice guy, keeps out of trouble. Been around a fair while.
- Dingo212 - Ex-OMM, keeps out of drama.
- Graham - Don't know this guy personally, but from his posts i can tell he's decent. Never seen him in trouble/drama
- HeavenLord - LOL HE'S ASIAN SO HE DOESNT COUNT>>>!!!
- Influenza - eh, not sure about this guy. Never seen him.
- Pokemoners2 - Devout member of the community. Been around for a while. Stays clear of drama.
- sindrefyrn - Don't know him personally, but from his posts I can tell he's mature.
- Skele_Master - He's a mod, and has 500 vouches. Not much more I can say.
- SuF - Global, like 5 time ex-UE
- Tyro - Smart, nice, mature guy.
- x0rohail0x - This guy keeps out of trouble, and seem like a nice guy.

These guys have been around for about 6 months each.

Now, let's examine you.

Member for about a month, banned already once, shitload of controversy surrounding you, been hacked already once.

I can see enough reason in denying you based on the above. No let's add this thread to the equation, where you're publicly criticizing the UE system.
