I don't know entirely why he is back but it's definitely a good thing. He was a wonderful job before he left and I'm sure he will do just as great as a job now that he's back.

How would you know that he was doing such a "wonderful job", you joined like 2-3 months ago...not saying that he wasn't doing a good job but just questioning your knowledge of Tyro (unless ofcourse you know him personally)
