i got a TWC because i was going to sell r2p a half wine.

someone else wanted it, so im selling it to him

sorry r2p but you need to stop being a bitch and accept that your a merchanter and that your going to loose sales to people who want shit for other reasons.



Payment was received on the 4th for the wine.

Now hes saying i have to supply pics of the trade on paypal

im sorry, but i close my previous history of $300+ because my paypal is also my fathers.

once the money gets into the bank account i close the previous statements on paypal so i have no way to prove pics.

the half wine is now gone because of my success trade on www.rscheata so now i dont have it anymore

i think this is a ridiculous move by r2p, abusing his mod status.

 

Hmmm... Show the bank pictures plus MSN history, then.

 

Alright ill have to wait for my bank statement but then ill go ahead and take a picture and post here at the end of the month.

Wait a minute you can't close/delete transactions on Paypal. Only archive them. Go into your history and they will be there.

He made up that he had a Half Wine. I never even made an offer on it. I suspected he was lying so I requested to see it in game before even talking money. He told me to meet him on an F2P world, I went there, he blocked me on MSN once I arrived. I know he blocked me because he was still online on Sythe, and even replied to the message I sent him.

Then I said I'd gladly remove the TWC if he SHOWED the Wine (simple request). But of course he made up that he sold the Half Wine in the 5 minutes after he blocked me for $500.00 USD via Paypal (seemed like a pretty quick trade for half a thousand bucks). I requested a simple screenshot of the transaction on Paypal.

The excuse that he "closed the transaction" is absolutely laughable. You cannot close a Paypal account with money in it. If he had truly received $500.00 USD on Paypal that day, it would take at least 24 hrs to clear to his bank. While that transaction is pending, there is no way he could ever close a Paypal account. It's quite obvious this is just a complete lie, and that he never had a Half Wine in the first place.

 

So what R2P is trying to say is that he is abusing his mod status and twc'ed me for selling the wine to someone else i have the paypal picture from the day we we were going to trade. He says that i made the wine up he is just mad that i sold it to someone else.

Don't act clever, he is the moderator that requested your TWC, so your best bet of losing it is winning him over, rather than trying to humiliate him.

Please provide all the evidence you have. Even in the case that you're telling the truth, from how you acted and are acting at the moment, his argument seems perfectly plausible and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same in his shoes.

Nice pic up top of a $48.00 payment you (or somebody else) received on February 4th. Unfortunately, a random transaction which isn't even close to the same amount you claimed here before does nothing to help your case. As you can see in the pictures, you specifically said you had a $500 offer.

A Half Wine is worth well over $500, and there's no way anybody who uses Sythe and has the where-with-all to realize the item is worth trade price + USD would sell it for under 10% of its value.

 

Agreed with R2P. He's failed to provide proof after multiple opportunities. I vote case closed.

 

You really think that because I didn't sell my wine to R2P that i deserve a TWC that's sad.
