I was not careful when selling the accounts and that was completely my fault even know I fully refunded the second I found out I gave him accounts that weren't created by myself.

    I'm going to say no this time around. It is a little concerning that you resold these accounts and could not provide any information on how you originally obtained them on the original report. I would suggest focusing on gaining a few vouches before you request another removal as stated above as well.
