TWC Request

For this user, wasted my time. Reasons for TWC:

- Wanted to over pay highly on gold
- Stopped replying when we decided to use a middleman
- Sort of refused to do a small increment, but was happy doing increments as long as we started at a larger amount, when i suggest we do a small one, he asks for MM for one trade, then goes AFK.
