Why they should have a TWC:

I believe this user should receive a TWC for many reasons. First of all, the user claims he is selling 1.7M, runescape '07 GP for $3 for 10k or 20m EoC Gp for 10k.

I contacted his skype, as shown in the screenshots below, and I wanted to buy 200k in exchange for 20m/10k. I asked him if I can get an mm and he instantly said get omm, which means he wants me to pay fees, which normally someone would not want to do.

Also, I asked him to show me the GP that he claims he is selling in game and he refused to show any of it for confirmation.

Lastly, Interracialgamerz also stated on his thread that he won't go first to anyone, under any circumstances.

EDIT: Let me also add, that interracial asked him to provide photos of him owning the GP and he refused to upload a photo confirming he owns the GP, this was just recently posted on his GP selling thread.
