#TWC Report

Hello i last filed for the user Runsecape to get a twc for making rules up as he went along.

and then it was denied cause he changed rules accordingly.

well now he is on my thread i made for diceduels and has edited his post, idk if that was a wager he made and rolled low, because my OP did say just quote and roll to accept the bet.

i really think he rolled a low number but since i was offline though he had chance to edit it.

Also my rules on OP clearly state no edits/deletes which is auto-loss.
however i dont know if he rolled or not. so he could be oweing me 15m as the bet was for because he rolled a low number and edited.

but either way now i really think this deserves a TWC, he has been acting quite fishy since i was DD-ing with him earlier, thanks

 

The bet you advertised in your main post was over and there is no other talk about another bet that you wanted to do.

That is not the start of a dice duel. No amount was mentioned, no rules, etc.
