Twc- No Valid Reason

So recently i've gotten a TWC. With really no valid reason at all i would like to explain this down below.


It appears that i have gotten the TWC for blocking someone on skype which isn't true first off, secondly there has been claimed that i have said that the user has blocked me which i haven't said either.

let me explain what happend first, i was trading with this guy his skype is: Anthony.elvemage

For a runescape account we agreed on 130$ i agreed on it, which it shows on the previous threads then i told him i got to go to the gym the account info was already given to me i was using payment method: BTC, which i have never used before i'm a total noob to it as you can in my vouches, so i knew my train was coming in 10 mins we were already have way through my tram had like 2-3 minutes on it i was trying to figure out how to send the money tbh i told him if doesn't come through tell me il'l send it after the gym, well i come back after the gym and what i see a report thread about me, which is totally BS imo but okay i got pmed by bogdan123 a great guy good friend of mine he said why would you even buy the account of him he's not trusted read this thread: http://www.sythe.org/os-main-accounts-level-80/1587177-accounts-always-recoverable.html

Then i realized i shouldn't be buying this account firstmost i wanted to hand him back the account which i posted on report a scammer i did say that before i wanted to give him the account back he had already deleted me that's what i said i never said i blocked him or he blocked me VIDEO claims that's the reason for the TWC which imo is totally invalid i'm sorry. then i tryed loggin into the account to see if he hasn't recovered it already cuz i was trying to give it back. But it appeared he has recovered it already so i posted this and then i got the TWC, could anyone elaborate the TWC with me and i totally think it's not worthy the TWC.
