    I received a TWC yesterday which is unusual has i have been using the same internet since i created this account. I only use a mobile hotspot as that's the only internet i have access to, is there anyway to prove this and get it removed?

    Please note that you can censor any sensitive information, even your photo and it will be visible to the staff only.
