    what happened: i was talking to him on skype (have pictures) when he agreed to sell me 100m for $45 through paypal with the use of a MM.
    We agreed on using Semper as a MM, i posted looking to use his services: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1317326&page=46 and as soon as i brought him into a 3 way convo with him he went offline and probably blocked me.
    I feel like this should warrent a TWC because he went offline as soon as i wouldnt go first and when a reliable MM shows up he doesnt want to sell it to me.
