Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

My partner was placing customers and friends accounts at risk by posting screenshots to a customer whom he also considered a friend, when he was accused of scamming the friend, he used the screenshots to show why would he take x when these people trust him with y, which was a very irresponsible thing to do.

While we do not disagree with the verdict and accept all consequences handed down by Kanye. We would like to request for our TWC to be removed please. It was a fair and just outcome and I appreciate the time and effort that was put into the investigation by Kanye. We have had a lot of time to reflect and internally restructure ourselves. We realise how wrong we were and how jeopardising our actions could have been to not just our customers accounts, but to the people we consider dear friends.

We promise to be more mindful as we turn this new leaf. We would appreciate a second chance to operate on Sythe free of any brands. Thank you for taking the time to consider our appeal.
