Trying to setup Rsps

Hello everybody I am in the process of making a Runescape private server, but I am having trouble setting it up. I have already purchased a VPS but cannot setup the server correctly. I am having lots of trouble as I have spent all day trying to figure it out. If anyone would be glad to help me please pm me on the forums thanks!
