When I first saw this, I thought it was fake too, but it is possible.

 

yea I tried that, and I made it up to the part where he got the mixed dice. It took some time to get the timing right but all you need to be is fast and precise where the cup hits the dice and how fast you swing the cup.

1 dice ended up flying out tho and hitting my brother in the face lol.
