Scenario 2: Jill has bought a new computer and after unpacking it and setting it up she rings the manufacturer’s helpdesk with a problem. Jill has connected her old printer to the new computer, the same way as her old computer, but it won’t print to it. She says she is okay with technology, but isn’t an IT expert.
