You need to learn Microbiology, Sterilization, Anatomy, and spend roughly 3k$ on Classes.

I guess you can learn to disinfect is a vibration cleanser, and than run a 1200 Autoclave with proper settings and technique, Cleaning has 0 to do with sterilization, A body piercer does more than pierce tongues and ears, they split tongues, do implants, provide anesthetics, etc. You really have no idea what you are talking about.

 

Or just use a machete and get similar results
