Training spot? Help?

So here's my stats.

65 Attack
70 Strength
54 Defense

I want to get 70 attack and 70 defense. I have all the armor/weapons I need but i need a good spot to afk train. Somewhere where it's not crowded and I will only need 1 load of food if I am wearing full rune.

 

F2p or P2p?

 

It's impossible to AFK train now, you auto log out after 5mins of inactivity.

Spiders at Stronghold are pretty decent, they hit hard though. So bring food and pay attention ever 3-4mins to prevent death. Even at lvl 70 Def and full rune I died after 5 mins ><

 

I ment bot. And P2p.

 

Try fleshies/zombies.
Idk if theres a script for em though.

 

Al-Kharid guards, looting herbs. Good money + XP.

 

Is there a good script for them?

 

RSBots.net or RSBotting.com Autofighter?

 

usually stronghold has lots of good places.

 

flesh crawlers in security stronghold

Try zombies at stronghold.

 

Personally i would go with tofu's suggestion. Al Kahrid warriors are low hp, they are aggressive and do very little damage. Plus they are extremely close to the bank. So, with a decent script that eats, collects loot, and banks; you'll get relatively decent experience plus money.

Stronghold monsters are good if you are playing normally. Zombies and spiders hit quite hard when your under lvl 70 defence.

Not that crowded if your in P2P. There always other language worlds that the bot might be able to use. Best of luck
