Trade With Caution?

Earlier today I was going to trade with "ProKid" who I now know is a scammer (because of what happened with me, and because someone else has reported him in the report a scammer section) Well Heres the story:

Me and ProKid were going to trade account but neither of us wanted to go first, I decided what the heck, both accounts were good and I didnt want to risk mine, Ill get an Official MM. I added all official mm's on msn, the only one on was Shredderbeam. I contacted him, he agreed to MM the deal. I then invited ProKid to the chat so we could all talk, ProKid had then stopped responding (which i know is because he never intended to sell the account, so an OMM is BAD) Shredderbeam then accuses my of scamming, which makes absolutely no sense since i offered to pay full price for an official mm. I get home to find out that i have recieved a Trade With Caution. I think that this is really unfair since I was the one getting scammed not the other way around, and now all that will happen is i will get scammed more, because people with like 50 posts will try to make me go first because i have a trade with caution.
