@Tmoe - I don't really care about the 30 bucks but I am really furious at the way you have handled my report. Requesting yesterday's report to be unlocked. I genuinely don't think you have read any of the text I supplied on my scam report last night.

@Dobi knows the Sythe user of the person who scammed me and he doesn't want to say it. I got a pm in-game from someone who told me how much I wanted to buy (exact amount that was between me & Dobi), said he was ready (on live chat, @Dobi said he wasn't ready) and was on the very exact location & world Dobi was in! How is none of that suspicious? I did not say Dobi scammed me, I'm saying he had a hand in the scam. The fact that his not sharing the sythe user of his "supplier" explains enough. Please refrain from locking threads when the issue has still not been resolved.

 

I did not dispute any of that information; rather, the lack of evidence. You have ZERO proof of your claims and handled a trade via Runescape PM after being explicitly warned not to. It is plenty possible you did this in an attempt to frame which opens the door to reasonable doubt.

I talked to another staff member about the thread and their concerns were the same as mine. I will leave this thread open for another staff member to handle, but again, you are only making claims, not providing proof. We have no way to be sure you're telling the truth and cannot just run off what you say.

@Dobi it would be great if you could respond to anything he pointed out

after this he told me he was getting traded from someone and i told him not to trade back anyone i really don't belive him why would you trust someone with a PM ingame ?

And i was too kind to him that i offered him a good price if i get more osscape gold.

I spoke with Tmoe about this yesterday.

Your claims carry as much weight as the argument that you orchestrated this scam yourself to frame Dobi. As stated by yourself only you and Dobi knew the details of the scam.

As previously stated, there is lack of evidence.

The screenshots show you trading someone who is claiming to be a Sythe user, but where is your evidence that it's actually him? Even if the skype address provided matches it doesn't prove its him because thats public information.

Do you have any Sythe pm's? Probably no as you haven't posted.

Moving forward, why would you ignore the messages sent by Dobi as seen here?

The lack of evidence you're asking for is on piegp's live chat, which I requested to be released multiple times. It will show that the location is the same as the scammer, how @Dobi kept delaying me for more than an hour(plus his super sketchy behavior), how he was the only one who knew my RSN, and the amount I wanted. It is not a coincidence that the moment I ask for my money back from dobi, I get pm'ed in-game from someone with 'I'm ready' & all the information I've provided @Dobi with. Again, I don't really care about the 30 bucks, it's basically nothing, but the fact that someone like him can carry very POOR business practices, and a possible helping hand in a scam and him not being liable is beyond me. Oh and @Azie, the person who traded me wasn't the guy I got scammed by, he was a random person who traded me in ::duel on os-s, cause he thought I was Staking. If all the chat logs are released you can see that I proceed with dobi, and that I didn't do any type of transaction with the one that traded with me. I also want to know his supplier's sythe name that he yet has not gave.

 

I'll only release the chatlogs to the moderators if they ask not going to give you anything i don't have to name you my supplier it was clearly your fault i still don't belive but if you have given someone your money by trusting the ingame PM's this is none of my business.

The whole process took around 17-25Minutes with the wait times and i've given you extra money for the wait time on my OWN pocket once you've asked for your gold.You don't need to lie anyone here it didn't take over an hour.I'm really tired of this stop tagging me on this thread.I did nothing wrong you know it aswell and you said it clearly aswell my behaviour is not suspicious i told you i was waiting for my supplier and told you everything about it and you were cool with it until you tell me you get scammed by ingame PM's try to understand it is your own fault not any of mine.

There is no evidence from him that i did something wrong he is only accusing me with his drama

Once you told me that you've got a i told you not to trade them and you ignored me? how can be this my problem ? and once you didn't want to wait for the gold for more than 17-25mins i was too kind to give you the extra gold what's more do you want me to do?

please handle the report if he got any evidence to accuse me i'm ready to show any chatlogs to moderators.

I am happy to close this report. I have seen the live chat conversation and I see no reason to keep this investigation ongoing.

The whole conversation was a duration of approximately 20-25 minutes so Moetive is exaggerating facts e.g. Dobi taking more than an hour which is never going to help his case.

Lack of evidence is the most obvious reason for why this report is now closed.

 

@Moetive if you find any NEW INFORMATION and CONCRETE EVIDENCE then please contact any staff member.
