    I gave my 7 digit for a L4D2 account. She logged off msn, right after i sent her the information to the 7 digit.

    I also think he/she is has multiple accounts on the site to "self-vouch"

    Can a admin check to see if "srslybuyer" and "tidusjar" have the same IP

    You didn't exactly give him any info yet so he didn't exactly scam. He may have had to legitimately leave.
