If the accounts have personal information on them, such as somebodys name then there not allowed and thats why, if not then I'm not sure.

 

They had no personal info, people paid me a dollar and I would create an account with their e-mail, no other info.

 

You cannot directly advertise another website.
Also, a moderator, at first view, probably saw it as illegitimate.
It looks pretty sketchy at first glance, and they're very busy, so it may have been a mistake.
In any case, feedback threads aren't the place. A PM works perfectly fine.
