thread problem!

ok,viny told me to post m problem here:

when i clicken"new topic" in the black market sectionit said this:

i log out and back in,and it says the same thing....???whats gong on???

 

Are you trying to do it in the main black market thing, before going into a subforum?

You're in the correct usergroup, so it should be fine.
