Thoughts on Echo?

Anyone chime in on what you think of her. What does she need done to balance if unbalanced, what ranks is she good/best in, what playstyle do you have with her, anything really.

I personally think for her skill cap she is quite balanced, perhaps tune the damage back slightly, but cooldowns and ult charge are at good rates I believe.

 

Shes broken if you play agressive and know when to change position. Her beam needs nerf
