This new HUE...

So he gets made HUE and wants to exercise his powers and enforce new rules. Not only that but lock all threads that were made before these rules were implemented.

I took a lot of time out of my days to write this informative booklet(If you can call it that). It isn't a guide. Just something people who have no knowledge of can look to.

I've had several Mods view the thread before and posted. Never was it locked. I Feel that my thread should be unlocked. Atleast it isn't any Bullshit 5 minute Guide. Took me days to write it out. Wrote it out in Note-pad and Copy+Pasted it there.

 

Yes, but now these new rules have been made, and he's enforcing them.

If he just leaves it there, then the Thread will still violate the Rules. He's just simply showing you what is.

I've talked this over with Pen and I am allowed to enforce these new rules. I only locked your thread so it no longer violates the NEW rules.

Like I said, it's not deleted, it's just locked. If you want people to read the guide, I have nothing against you linking it in your signature.

If you need the codes for it, feel free to pm me for them. As for editing the guide, to keep it updated, you won't be able to. It'll have to remain as it is.

 

I think it's good that he's cleaning everything up. He wants to reorganize the section and make sure that everything is up to date. It's important that he can enforce some sort of rules. Locking a thread is no big deal, people, including yourself, can still read the guide.
