1.) try and use the free trail of nortern anti virus.
2.) copy or use a USB to put ur important stuff and recovery ur PC
3.) go to control panel. u might set keyboard language to chinese.

Go to Command Prompt
and type in: -del c:/
or: fdisk
it'll format your hardrive, keylogger not included

well to stay on topic ive never been keylogged myself before because i protect with my computer with whats been written up there AVG Virus Scanner i recomment it to anyone who wants trustable software and it prevents pretty much everything

2 complicated methods which you have to sieve through the results, and also Daily500's and Yakovs methods of deleting it. No luck.
