I paid him back.


As I said I would have paid earlier but my PayPal was fucked up again, so I tried to refund it and he said he didn't want to wait 3-5 days and said he would chargeback (He said "I'm going to chargeback all my payments to you if you don't pay) and I took that as a serious threat. Didn't know the rules that you can chargeback if they owe you, so I over-reacted. Also over-reacted because he said ALL of his payments, not just the one worth 20$.

 

Also I forgot to add that I did 2 20$ transactions right in a row with him, and I honestly thought that I refunded the right one.

The date stated is the date the payment was sent, NOT the refund date...
