The F2P training program

Heyy Sythers,
Just created a new pure for low lvl pking..
Atm stats are (stre/attack/def). 1/30/1
I am thinking of getting 20 attack by doing completing vamp slayer then continue training strength on monks till 40-50 or maybe go do some Dung and get it to 40+

Continue getting 50+ strength then maybe get members

Need tips/tricks and everything else you've got
Any information helps so please post away
