System update!!!

    I was just looking at the runescape acc creation thing and I saw that you HAVE to enter you email in order to make your account and thats what your login will be. Does this increase the price of accounts made before today or does it have no effect at all. Also does it effect account trading on sythe. Feedback is much appreciated.
    (also i might just be full of shit and theres a way to bypass this email login name thing)

    It happened today.
    When you make your account you use your email to register a username. It came out today. (November 24th, 2010.)

    Probably should check the RS Front page before trying to say this kid is misinformed when you are actually the one that is.

    It happened today and it's not certain how it will affect account trading. I don't think it is possible to change the email of the login (for new accounts), and frankly I have like 5 accounts registered to the same email so I don't know what they do in cases like that (old accounts).

    I have heard they assign you a user name themselves, this is pretty much forcing people to pay for membership to change their display namess. haha

    Yes it's your login too, but if you don't assign a username and you go to the lobby and go into a clan chat, your name is "#Player 1".

    Yah I think originally they didnt require an email because they just wanted to make it simpler and more appealing to new users but now I they are setting RWT as a higher priority than getting new users haha

    Now we just sell emails or sumthing with it, like I just created a new email account, specifically for the account im creating and all details will be in it.

    This new update is annoying but it shouldn't really impact sythe at all.
