Swine Flu!

Just getting over it, haha. It's not fun. I had a 103+ fever for two days, and lower-grade fevers for a week. Apperently you can't get it more than once? anyone else catch this shit lol?

 

I have it right now, don't get what the fuss is. Normal flu basically.

 

Yeah I'm not saying I wanted to die or anything lol. But I've never had any sort of flu before so I guess my view is kind of skewed.

 

All medical experts are saying that it's a relatively mild sickness, nothing dangerous, and the only people that should watch out for it are the ones with underlying conditions and illnesses, such as people with respiratory problems like asthma, and unfortunately, that's people like me =.="
But otherwise, it's just like your average flu, shouldn't be too worried.

I feel miserable but its not as bad as the regular flu.

I coughed up blood the other day tho.

 

I'm not exactly sure if I had it, but I had a sore throat, fever of 104+, headaches, dizziness, etc..

I got some amoxicillin for my throat pain because I couldn't even swallow anything.. Even water.

Lost 20 lbs in 4 days. Etc..

It was bad, but I'm completely over it.

 

There are so many different Flus and people make one thats not even that bad sound so horrible.

 

Last time I had the flu, I lost 10 pounds in 2 days :sick:

its dangerous when it mixes with other flus, did you have to stay in your house and get a vaccine?

No, you don't have to get a vaccine but I stayed home the whole week I had it because I was too fatigued/felt like shit.

 

This kid at my School claims to have it, but he has been coughing blood and shit. I'm pretty sure he has TB. I don't even know if its contagious

 

A school in my county got closed for two weeks cause of the things, It may not be too dangerous but it spreads faster than a normal flu.

 

Somebody at my school had it last week. He lost 6 pounds, and took like 10 different medical tests from it. It's considered the H1N1 virus. And people are making it up to be more than it actually is. The reason the people in Mexico died from it, is because they didn't have proper health care. And, Barack Obama making you take the vaccine is more of a totalitarian rule. A bit much, don't you think?

 

I have the flu atm, and a lot of kids at my school have it as well. YAY FOR SICKNESS!

 

It seems to be spreading around here; a lot of people have a headache and a little cold. It's just a lot more contagious and spreads faster from what I heard. It can also apperently give you major weight loss

I think i have swine flu, and all of my school has it too.

 

I've had it back in June. Wasn't all that bad, but the experience overall wasn't good.
