Alright so I've had people tell me that my interviews were too short and the questions I asked were pretty boring. So I'd like to hear what YOU want to know about someone! This will also help me know who YOU all want to be interviewed! :love:

jfjdklsd. Ask them all why they came to Sythe. They'l say something and work off that. Just stay on that topic for awhile... Then move into other topics that seem to have a nice segway.
