    He was selling me LOL account for 60 dollars USD that was supposed to have a skin i wanted. in stead he quickly made an account that was fake and did not have any items and was not even completely registered to PVP.net

    he wont reply he blocked me AND it is the same guy because he asked for my contact on the messaging system. paypal has granted my money back how ever.
