Your stats need some work (so that you can hit harder), but the fact that you have 99 prayer is going to be a HUGE advantage to you :)

If I were you I would train at:

    - Desert Bandits. Wear your best strength/prayer gear possible, and fill up your inventory with noted super strength, super attack, prayer potions, and prayer renewals. Bring a pile of cash aswell. Fill the rest with unnoted pots. Pot up, and take a sip of your prayer renewal and watch your prayer drain excruciatingly slow while you AFK train to your hearts content here. When your prayer eventually DOES get low, take a few sips of the prayer potion to restore it and repeat. There is a general store just beside the bandit bar where you can unnote your pots. I got from level 95-120 ish here at bandits.

    - Armoured Zombies. If you have done "Defender of Varrock", definitely train here! 10x better than desert bandits, and your prayer will also make a huge difference here. You can get between 80-100k exp per hour here when your stats improve and you are hitting your max (for now it will be alot less than this). Train at the bottom of the ladder with turmoil and deflect melee (if you have it). When you are low HP, flip on SoulSplit and kill a few zombies to restore your health, then climb back up the ladder to quickly pray at the altar and restore prayer. You can also train deeper in the tunnel, away from the ladder if you simply bring prayer potions. Its also a good idea to pick up all the zombie drops... I just finished getting 96-99 attack there and I made over 10M from all the planks, runes, herbs etc.

    - Training with Dharoks. When your offensive stats are a bit higher, sometimes its a nice break to go Dharoking for a few levels while you are training strength. I got to 95 or 96 strength at Bandits, and then I Dharoked to 99 rotating between the Monkey Guards, and another spot, getting about 70-90k exp per hour and making cash in the process. If you get to this point down the road, PM me and I will share a good Dharok spot with you.

Hope that is enough for now. Good luck!

Zammy Warriors (Chaos Tunnels)- They are kinda like bandits where you can use prayer or guthans and kinda afk train, but you get drops that you can alch and rune scims.
