What is a good place to train without food

 

Goblin village.

If you can't afford food, then goto world 1 barb fishing spot.
People give you free inventories of cooked trout + Salmon.

 

I suggest Attacking Like Chickens/Goblin/Seagulls. But really, spend like an hour or two getting some food. It isn't hard. You can find many free trainers on here who will.

 

i suggest:

1. Make ur character
2. Run through Stronghold = 10k
3. Buy as much food as you can/armour and wep
4. Kill cows
