STR Pure help

I need some help in getting the required stats that I wanted:

Current stats:

40 atk
61 str
52 hp

Desired stats

60 atk
80 str
70 hp


Whats the fastest method? rock crabs is getting pretty slow and boring the fuck outta me especially when a cunt pulls out a dwarf cannon and ko's 5 crabs in 20 seconds.

 

Use a Brackish blade and kill Minotaurs in the stronghold of security. Or zombies. I got 99 str on them stronghold zombies botting.

 

Have you made all attack xp giving quests?

Try bandits if money is not problem. Or whats your pray lvl?

 

Does brackish blade do extra damage towards minotaurs and zombies? Whats their max hit? Would I need a constant supply of food? Cause they are pretty far and I use salmon/trout.


My prayer level is 1. What are bandits. Plus not really interested in wasting my money. Only got like 25M, and need to do lots of stuff with it. Trying to get 99FM from it.
