    As an American, Automatic transmission is almost a common feature and I grew up with automatic cars my whole life. However traveling to Europe we always rented manual cars because they were cheaper and I learned how to drive one.
    However I must jump on the band wagon and say automatic because in the car I typically eat, text, call and change music stations ALOT. Stupid commercials.

    Manual is the way forward.
    Apparently if you learn automatic first, you can't learn manual? I don't know if it's true or not.

    my car has this smg transmission thing, its paddle shifters, but no clutch, so i guess its a manual? idk lol

    Automatic everyday car. When I purchase my sports car it will be a manual. Though I am scared I will tear up the clutch.
