I don't think it's that hard, just collect everyone's piss (making sure its theirs) and test it... probably easier said than done, though.

 

My brother starts varsity soccer d1, on a prestigious team in high school and takes hgh. He takes it for a real medical reason though, he has a growth hormone deficiency. He didn't grow at all during his 2nd and 3rd grades and so the doctors have made him take a shot of hgh ever since.

 

Well I'm not going to pretend I know much about this stuff, but seems like with a whole variety of illicit substances to abuse, it might be hard to test.

 

There's nothing wrong with that. If you have a legitimate case and a legitimate doctor, it may be necessary to do that.
