Stats help needed!

Im ftp atm and i pk in ftp.
Here are my stats:
att : 70
def : 70
str : 93 <----(plan to get 99)
magic : 99
range : 42 <--(maybe get 70 and stop)
prayer : 46
hp : 83

what do guys think i should do with these stats? what should i train. Ive been randomly training my stats before this point so now i need a plan.

Help needed.

 

Get 80-90 attack after 99 strength
