    can anyone help me to find this program for free? http://www.runescapelvl99.com/runescape-hack.html thats the site that u buy the program and is it actually a real program or just an old program that u cant use becuse of jagexes dam upgrades?

    that is a fake program... dont even try to find it any free versions will have key loggers / viruses THERE ARE NO STAT CHANGERS IN RUNESCAPE. they made the video by pausing and editing little 99s into the stat slots, as i say again, AS OF RIGHT NOW THERE ARE NOW STAT CHANGERS IN RUNESCAPE. period no exeptions.

    yeah you should close this there are no 99 stat editors... they're all files that are clogged up with viruses and keyloggers
