Staticboosting Scam?

I did not buy anything from this individual, but the way he communicates has me suspicious. I was unsure where to post/report this, so I decided to put it here, and a Mod can find out what to do with it:

I contacted him to ask about a D5 - D3 boost on League. He's a newcomer, so I asked for vouches and proof that he can do the job.

His thread: [ALL REGIONS] ELO BOOSTING! CHEAPEST PRICES ON THE MARKET + QUICKEST SERVICE. 250+ VOUCHES

As I said, I did not go through with this inquiry, as he did not show proper vouches/proof and he personally attacked me. Keep an eye out for this one.

 

I have more information. The image that he sent me was a list of transactions to a "Wanda Snow." If I were to guess, this is a fraudulent individual.

More information-- after googling, there are links that show that this person "Korey," is thieving money from people.

 

Banned him.

He has multiple banned profiles here and on EpicNpc.

Also self vouches, and is involved with blackhat.
