    Stalking?

I (DrDeath) received a 1 month ban for Stalking/posting pictures of a member with permission. The pictures that I posted are pictures that are already on the site. The person in the picture said he/she did not care since they already posted them on the site. They did not seem to be happy, but also seemed to not care. I tried apologizing to said person but as of now I have no way to contact them. I am sorry for stalking that piece of beauty. I think a 1 month ban is a bit harsh. A stern PM saying to stop it, an infraction, or a week ban at worst seems a bit more reasonable.

    Thanks.

I don't. And you haven't learned your lesson, judging by how you're acting on Tinychat and given the pseudo-serious dispute. Your ban comes directly from the rule that results in a one-month ban for those who post photos of someone else without said person's permission, but, moreover, is justifiable even using the unconscionable acts clause -- i.e. your incessant ''stalking'' (i.e lurid attention seeking) has caused a member discomfort and despite having been told to remove the photo from your signature, you deemed it appropriate instead to circumvent the request.

Come back in a month and grow up.
