Staking Discussions

I used to stake a lot back before the update, I'd like some feedback on this though..

I just need to choose between:
73CB: 60 att, 92 str, 1 def and 99hp

or

73CB: 60 att, 99 str, 1 def and 88hp

I'm really considering going with the first one but I'm not sure..

 

Definately the first option. I assume that you will be staking no armour, only weapon fights, in which case the difference between 92 and 99 str is 1 damage. Staking is MOSTLY luck and one major edge you can get over other player is higher HP.

it really depends what kind of stakes you are doing. if boxing then i would go for the 99 hp 11 hp really does make a difference in those kind of fights.

I am currently going for 99 strength.

What should i do to make this a better staker? I also, will use a vls in duel arena. Or some sort of decent wep.

 

I'd get some def. You'll be doing spec off so it can't hurt to get a little def and some hp. Might not need def but hp you do need..

70-70-80 would probably own you in a dds dm

Defence and attack are more important in most stakes.

but with corrupt vesta longs and such being used, who knows

 

84-90-80? 88 hp as well. 70 prayer and 52 summoning sadly. Might dds to whip/c.vls stake on it, but I'm not sure if I should try to box or not.

reccomendations for weapons to use ?

 

There are plenty of "rune/zerker" pures who are cocky and will be willing to stake whilst wearing their rune. Luckily I have multiple accounts, one of which is a rune pure, the other a barrows tank. Both very similar names and both same combat level, only difference is the spaces.

 

lol any rune pure/zerker staking wit arm on is dumb lol no1 gunna do that

 

I was thinking of doing a unique and sneaky build lol

59 def (to not show up in the highscores)

please tell me how you think ill do, ill be around 72/73 hp and about lvl 76/77

 

None, because youll get owned by anyone with a decent def level, staking and pking builds arent the same...

 

You can get 60 def and not be on the hiscores if your careful about the xp.
