Staff Suggestions

I think we Should have a category to Suggest Staff.

I think the rules should be. You can only post 1 suggestion every Month(s). The Staff has to check which thread has the most people who agreed with the Staff Suggestion. Every thread has to be a poll so it is easier to see how many people agreed. You can have atleast 1-3 Votes only every Month(s).

People would just vote for their friends and tell each other who to vote for. The staff selection is fine the way it is.

Yeah the only way you'll get staff position if you completed and get accepted as an official MM then basically you have a staff position... look at all the officials MMs after a few weeks... minus Dorito ... epic failure >_>

 

Actually I quite dis agree. Obviously some people would be voted for because of freinds etc, BUT. If the staff see's someone that should not be voted for, they could remove that person. So called "staff" nominations are basicallly people who are on the IRC quite a bit and are freinds with current staff members anyhow.

 

Why do you disagree? this happens quite frequently in forums. I play on a RS private server that had forums. The owner made a category that was flooded with 1000s of posts of nominations. Some people were new and have never played/done anything and they nominate themselves with different accs they make.
