SRL botting experience

Hey guys, been botting for the past couple of weeks, had bad experience and went to the conclusion that you cant just pick a random bot and use it without getting banned. Ive used free and paid ones, f2p or p2p, the toucome was the the same - perm ban.

Wanted to ask around whether any of you use/used SRL? Do you think its relatively safer than others? Do you think that the app itself is safe?

Not even really about the bot any more as such. It's the script you use.

Personally I use Tribot and haven't been banned in past 6-7 weeks using a private script.

 

I'd say for sure SRL is general safer when compared to Java bots.
The nature of/way in which color bots work is quite different than reflection and injection, which may be one major reason, along with the fact that much less people use SRL vs Java bots.

I'd also say that due to the difference, the scripts by nature at SRL are built with more 'fail-safes' and care put into them on average.

I love SRL, it's where I got my start in RS cheating/black market etc. , my first home!

Well as far as I know, there are some scripts made by the community members.

 

SRL is a great place. Yes there are a variety of bots available for use, you can also look into scripting your own as well. I used SIMBA (SRL) for RS3 botting purposes and had no issues. I don't know much about the 07 experience but RS3 was good.

Obviously with any bot it depends what your botting. If your botting something in a gold farming area you are most likely going to get banned eventually no matter the client/script.

This is correct there are some free scripts. You can also pay someone to write you a script or look into scripting yourself.

 

Ya but some of them have some lock on them that you need to be a scripter to use and they dont have certain scripts I would like to use.

 

I've used SRL in the past, the APP itself is safe. As for it being "safer" than other botting clients in terms of ban rates... Well you'll have to find out for yourself
I Haven't used Simba/Scar for quite some time.

The Simba/Scar community also got me into programming a couple years ago. ^_^

Are you talking about a little thing called "Anti-leech"?
That's there to abuse scripts being used by the untrained masses.

Most Anti-Leechs are easy to get around. If you're resourceful enough to get around one, you're most likely resourceful enough to take precautions against getting banned.

Ya Anti Leech, some of the scripters leave parts out of the script and when you have 0 knowledge on scripting or coding then its kind of hard to figure out what needs to be done to fix it
