I have a level 85 goblin rogue and was wondering if which tree should I switch too.

 

Depends. On your rogue what is the thing you find the most fun to do?

 

do you like pvp or pve?

 

I like to run up and beat the mess out of them

For single target fights, Assassination will be your friend. If you're in a raid group and the only Rogue, you'd be better off using Combat. It still deals a considerable amount of damage, and great for AoE situations. It also gives the raid group a 4% damage buff, which really adds up over the time of a boss fight.
