"Spamming" infraction

I was asking this guy more details on his post because it wasn't that clear and then I got an "irrelivence" spamming infraction. I know it's only an infraction not a ban but still it's the principal of it to me... Anyways I replied to the mod a little while ago about it and he didn't reply back.

I was asking him that because I need gold, and if it were 18 hours playing time I couldn't spare that much time for the farming, but if it is time from order I can get him to do it in my overnight (because I'm Australian and most timezones mean that my night is their peak). Reading over it I know how it seems.. But I'm searching for someone to farm my pure gold overnight. That's why I asked "is that playing time or just time from order?"...
