Hey it's Jesse aka ShameOnYou. Just wondering what's going on. It said in the account recovery description that I will be answered by an administrator shortly, which I have, but unfortunately my account recovery issue wasn't actually solved.

Benwise confirmed the recovery e-mail address associated with my username. I've tried the forgot your password process countless times, and I still haven't received the e-mail information about my account.


Please give me an update.

 

I said contact an admin...? You can't receive the email.

And considering you know Ryan best, I think him dealing with this would be the best idea. Wait for him to get on and then pester him until he does it. Seems to be the best way.
