someone help

completely new to this, want to make an ironman but i dont want to grind leveling. Can anybody help me with what is the best bot type? AHK, client, custom, color, way too much. All i want is a safe way to casually level boring skills while playing in between without getting banned. PM or respond i just want to learn.
