Someone help me?

I posted on the steam forums but might aswell post here too.
I have steam installed. I run it, log in, everythings going good. Boom it loads up. Yay. starts to load store. Yay. Crashes. Aw. It does this every time i load it up. Ive tried reinstalling it and deleting both of the blob files here but they do not seem to fix it. Can anyone help me with my problem?

It might be your video card , thats what happen to my old computer , it couldn't handle it so it crashes everytime
