I need this picture to have it were you can click on both sides, one side takes u to my vouches other firecape service.

It's actually really easy

1) Cut the image in half. (Using Gimp or Photoshop.)
Save the left half as one image and the right half as another.

Create a link using the button above. You should see some text between the two tags (by default it restates the link location). Insert the code for your first image there.
Repeat the above for the second image.

Just tried your signature, seems to be working fine. It's quite easy to do it's just it looks hard to do for people who haven't done it before. Nice to see you manage to get it sorted.
