I bought a virgim mobile galaxy s3 phone off craigslist and it was reported stolen so the only way I can unlock the phone is by knowing the Pin, is there anyway to find this or is the phone useless

You could go to jail for buying a stolen phone. Just saying. My buddy out in cali is facing a year for purchasing a stolen iPhone. Teehee.

Buying it when you know it is stolen is against the law. It's called fencing.

 

I never knew but I got a hold of the guy and told him I wan't my money back or we gonna have issues, he said wait till Sunday. So we will see

Most phone kiosks in a mall ect will unlock it for $10-20 stolen or not. They dgaf, it is no big deal.
