sms pin problem, help :)

when entering a sms pin i get the message

incorrect payment window for pin.

but if i change one of the numbers on the pin i get different message saying invalid pin.

so it's not saying invalid? why it doing that.

 

well depends if u have the right pin for the right country if u need more help just add my msn [email protected]

 

If you have a sms pin, go to the sms payment screen

If you have a pbp pin, go to the pbp payment screen

It all depends on what kind of pin you got.

 

You're probably buying it from someone in a different country.

If you bought a UK pin, you have to put UK as where you live, US pin is US.

Hope that solved it.

 

You Guys don't get the point. He puts in the right country and sms. Some pins are glitched, so that would happen. Do me a favor, follow these steps:
1.www.runescape.com
2.billing support
3.Fill out inquiry that your pin doesn't work, etc, and provide with correct phone number.

 

are you positive its not an old pin / misstype?

 

Look, i had those pins before and still have 3 left from my pin sale. The machine messes it up and it is true. I am a pin seller(will restock very soon) and it happens every time. Trust me. Just follow the instructions i have provided.
